A man in a wheelchair robbed a Dallas 7-Eleven on Tuesday night, police said.

The incident happened at Park Lane and Fair Oaks Avenue, where the man armed himself with a knife and a baseball bat to rob the store, police said.

The robber threatened the clerk before taking off with condoms and energy drinks, police said.

Workers at the convenience store said robber is a regular who harasses employees and steals.

Crapcast 250GB Monthly Usage Cap

Comcast ( NSDQ: CMCSA), the country's largest broadband provider, is rolling out restrictions on its service usage, and subscribers whose use of the internet exceeds 250 GB of data a month will first get a warning call, and then on the second instance, their service will be suspended for a year...its current usage policy was amended online today, and this policy will start October 1, the company announced today.

The more interesting part is that Comcast will NOT be provding any tools to monitor bandwidth usage.

A funeral home used a special embalming treatment to keep the corpse of 24-year-old Angel Pantoja Medina standing upright for his three-day wake.

Dressed in a Yankees baseball cap and sunglasses, Pantoja was mourned by relatives while propped upright in his mother's living room.

His brother Carlos told the El Nuevo Dia newspaper the victim had long said he wanted to be upright for his own wake: "He wanted to be happy, standing."

Walking Fish Delay Flight Landing

Four catfish kept a Delta Air Lines flight from landing on time at Melbourne International Airport on Wednesday, CNN affiliate WFTV reported.

The walking catfish, which use their pectoral fins to move and can stay out of water for some time, were on the runway and airport crews had to move them before the plane could land.

Besides the catfish, crews also encountered two gopher tortoises, a blue indigo snake and an alligator, WFTV reported.
